Patient Services Portal (PSP)
This is a cardless patient verification portal using NRIC or FIN numbers in-lieu of a corporate visit card or staff list. This system is specially created for our clients after receiving feedback that their employees carry too many cards. With this portal, our clinic staff can verify the medical entitlement of an employee when he/she visits our clinic.
Our corporate clients can login to this portal for updating of employee list and benefit. It also allows client to use bulk upload function to update/insert multiple employees at once.
Integrated into the Portal is the electronic medical chit (e-medical chit) feature. Our corporate clients can issue medical chit electronically eliminating the need for paper chits and simplifying the process. The clinics can also see the issued e-medical chit from their system.
With our billing system we can provide invoices by cost centre, by clinic or by visit date. We are an advocate of green initiative and all of our invoices are sent electronically (e-invoice) with email notifications. Our clients can also download invoices at any time from our portal.
Our clients can login and view visit statistics and utilization of their employees. They will have access to different standard reports and export it in excel or pdf formats.
