Dr Magherra completed his subspecialty in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery at the prestigious Greenlane ENT, Head and Neck Cancer Centre in Auckland. He has vast experience with the treatments of both Head and Neck cancers and the general Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) conditions. His knowledge and skills allowed him to spearhead the Hearing Screening Programme for the elderly in Alexandra Hospital. He was awarded the Service Quality Award by Changi General Hospital for his achievements in the public sector.
