COVID-19 Testing in Singapore – From 1 December 2020, COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests will be available to all patients who require them.

Individuals who require pre-departure testing before they travel will no longer need to seek approval from MOH for pre-departure tests.

COVID-19 swab test 24-hour turnaround:

Results can be ready within 24 hours where required, for urgent cases only. Inform us when booking if you should require this.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

You may call our hotline at 94890259 to make an appointment for the test.
If you prefer not to make an appointment, you may also walk in to the clinic for the test. (Please note that this will be subject to clinic’s availability and waiting time)

PRE-DEPARTURE TESTING:

What is the latest I have to be present at the clinic, based on my departure flight timing?

You should make an appointment that fits your required testing window, and present at the clinic early for the appointment.

You must be present at the clinic at least 2 hours prior to, and no later than, the stipulated cut-off timing in the table below. Travellers who do not adhere to this cut-off timing will not be able to obtain the results in time for departure.

Please identify yourself to the clinic reception upon arrival that you are here for the pre-departure testing.

If a traveller’s departure flight time is 12pm on 20 August,

If the required test must be done within 72 hours of departure, the traveler should take the swab from 12pm on 17 August onwards, until the cut-off timing.
If the required test must be done within 48 hours of departure, the traveler should take the test from 12pm on 18 August onwards, until the cut-off timing.
In all cases, the latest the traveler can present is by 4pm on 18 August
