Responsibilities:
Provide receptionist duties at front counter
Registering patients
Preparing medications
Dispensing medications
Collecting payments
Assist doctors in simple clinic procedures including Chaperone
Performing basic tests on patient (E.g. measurement of height, weight, administering urine test, vision test etc.)
Operating & setting up of clinic equipments
Ordering of medications and supplies

Clinic Coordinators for GP Clinics
Description
To be overall in charge of the daily operations of the clinic:
Being overall supervisor for the clinic
Performing clinic assistant duties
Manage clinic assistant rosters
Oversee all administrative functions with appropriate delegation of duties
Monitoring medication and supplies stock level in clinic
Oversee the maintenance of the clinic facilities

Enrolled Nurse
Description
- Support the Centre Manager/Nursing Officer in the daily clinic operations of the specialist clinic.
- Supports the Centre Manger/Nursing Officer in the efficient running of the specialist clinic.
- Responsible for providing good customer care to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Learn all clinic functions and be both professional and competent in every function.
- Step up to assist or take over Centre Manager’s/Nursing Officer roles in their absence.
- Assist in the supervision of junior staff and Clinic Assistants.
- Ensure patients registrations are correctly carried out. Able to distinguish between private paying patient,
corporate clients and or insurance/managed care patients.
- Preparation of Case notes before patient is seen by doctor.
- Assist doctor as required. This includes being a chaperon when necessary.
- Learn to carry out Pre-Admission Counselling
- Learn to perform dispensing professionally.
- Register correct mode of payment collected and issue receipt of payment accordingly.
- Carry out coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services.
- Carry out coordination of operation listing both with day surgery and in operating theatre.
- Maintain effective communication both with patients and fellow colleagues.
- Assists in handling incoming-calls and sales enquiry when the need arises
- Perform any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
The candidate should be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
The candidate must possess either a Certificate in NITEC or holds a Certificate in General Nursing as an Enrolled nurse.
The candidate should also be computer literate.

Staff Nurse in Health Screening Centre
Qualifications:
Hold current registration / enrolment with the Singapore Nursing Board. Should be proficient in both of Chinese and English. Knowledge in other dialects will be an asset. Should have good interpersonal skills and have pleasant personality. Should be able to handle a dynamic environment, flexible and open to changes.
Broad Functions:
To provide quality nursing care to and services for patients with the objective or achieving the highest clinical, operational and service quality
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist in rendering quality nursing care to patients according to their needs.
- Assist in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating of patients and report any change in their condition to the Nurse Manager.
- Demonstrate current knowledge, skills and abilities required at own level of competence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patients’ physical assessment such as height, weight, visual acuity, audiometry and nursing observations.
- Assist in the administration of injections or vaccination, adhering strictly to principles of medication handling and administration.Assist in routine care of patient and attend to their comfort needs.
- Assist in the induction and preceptorship of new staff.
- Assist in the supervision and monitoring the less experienced members of the healthcare team in the provision of patient care and clinical nursing procedures.
- Observe strict infection control practices and aseptic techniques accordingly when attending to patients.
- Exercise economy and care in the use of resources, including equipment and supplies.
- Assist the phlebotomist to carry out venepuncture.

- Collate medical reports.

- Follow up with respective departments if results are delayed.
- Assist in typing of medical reports for doctor’s review.
- Collate all reports for doctor to comment and certify.
Sort reports to be retained for filing and scanning, as well as reports to be given to patients.
